March was a crazy month! So much uplifting energy and transformation for many! Which means April is all about following through with our transformational decisions and life's path! So much fun! :) Welcome to Spring. I saw my first Blue jay today! I hope everyone is noticing the birds are back and singing their beautiful songs. :)

Surprising Transformations

March was such a pivotal month for me and for many. So much so that I had to use this opportunity to talk about it! March 21st was the Spring Equinox combined with Good Friday and the Full Moon. Tripe threat right! It changed us ALL. In Japan the time of the Cherry Blossom is the symbol of 'start', 'fresh', or 'beginning'. Everything will close down, schools and companies, in March and start back in April. What a wonderful way to celebrate such a pivotal and transformational time for all!

Monday, March 24th (a few days after the triple threat day) I was doing my normal morning ritual of energy connecting and whammo I was hit with the Divine energy of wonderful loving sensual energy through my whole being. How awesome is this right! It came through me that I was to present a certain sacred ceremony to classes and write the manual about this (that I hadn't realized I was developing for years into this mind-blowing experience). I am in the middle of creating this most wonderful divine book now! One of the two meditations I have recorded will be used with this class. It's so amazing how this has come about and I'm excited to share it with everyone soon!

I do have an article about Ascension and one about Kundalini posted on my site if it intrigues you. These could be beneficial to the subject matter of this article. You will, also, MAJORLY be intrigued with the posting by Karen on WhatsUponPlanetEarth.com regarding the major transition that happened due to this energy shift. More of us are connecting to the divine, embracing the feminine within and feelings of unconditional love are common. Feeling LOVE all the time is a WONDERFUL thing. All is in divine order. Amazing. I synchronistically came upon a book a week after this happened and I know many of you will DEVOUR it up. It's called: "Rock your world with the Divine Mother" by Sondra Ray. AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME! I'm halfway done with it. It's every thing I have been experiencing and writing about and more.

We are all ascending and we are all raising are vibrations to the higher frequencies in conjunction with the Divine Mother Earth. You will be drawn to do different things that keep you in line with your path!

A week after this delicious experience I saw Denise Linn for the first time and it was another synchronicity, as well as transformational to what I experienced. Denise Linn is such a beautiful person and it emanates from her tremendously. During this weekend I realized my heart and the divine called me to move in another direction. At this time I was finishing up my first module in Feng Shui training. I enjoyed the training and learning. However, I am being told that I have received what I needed from Feng Shui right now. That I now need to finish my true training for my Soul. I have always given intuitive readings with much cheerleading interwoven throughout and debated Life Coaching as a path for myself in the past. However, that did not seem to ring true to my soul. But then during the weekend I was made aware of Denise Linn's intensive training at her ranch for Soul Coaching. Suddenly, it's as if time stopped and that was where *all* of this lead me to at this point in my life.

If I hadn't have researched Feng Shui, I would not have come across the Denise Linn workshop where I found out about her Soul Coaching. The Universe is divine. Though this decision was very grueling for me. In that I knew that this would allow me to follow my heart if I put my Feng Shui training on hold or rather see where the path leads. It was grueling because my mind/ego kept telling me that I made a commitment to complete this course not only to my instructor as a respected beautiful teacher, but to myself. Also, the divine kept intervening whenever I tried to schedule the free appointments as a part of my homework with Feng Shui. No one I knew had the proper blueprints or time to assist me in this training. I was still going to push through that sign anyway.

But then my heart reminded me that the Divine takes over and a course is lain before me that takes me where I am needed and precisely *when* I am needed. I have to adhere to this call. As I know that by doing so my true destiny unravels that much more perfectly and easily. Long story short I am able to pursue my heart now by taking this course of action. I have received such a strong call that I know it is all divine and true for me to allow a different path for myself. I have been blessed with a compassionate teacher who completely understands the call of the divine. :)

So if you are being called to something so strong, GO! Do it! Hear the signs! No matter what, that is always where you are meant to be and that is where the Universe provides all you need. You will do perfectly! I've already heard many transformations and striking new changes from many during this past month and I'm sure it is continuing for all of you out there. Start watching those signs and know you are right where you need to be. Always embrace your true self and be open to allowing things to unfold magically for you! Much like the Cherry Blossom, it is your time to bloom.

Watch the Children

The Children coming in recently are extremely high in vibration and are bringing with them much change for the better. Watch and learn from their higher ways. Observe their love and tenderness. See their open heartedness and dance with them. Yes, children mirror your lessons and you must remember that they are only giving back to you what you need to learn. Awareness is key!

They are so special and they show you that you are so special and deserving of their love as they are of yours. Be open and willing to receive their fullest love. Your past may have put road blocks up that caused you to guard your heart too much, for fear of being hurt or abandoned. But now you see they are giving you all the love they have and more, unconditionally. You *are* deserving to receive their love and just as much to give all of your love back to them, unconditionally.

As you are with these new children you will notice higher ways being formulated. Communication at higher levels are happening. You must adapt to their new unique ways of learning. As the adapting occurs changes commence and the Children transform into the powerful beings they came here to be. They are here to change the world. They bring compassion, love, light, laughter, joy, higher ways for food intake, new inventions that are in-comprehendible to what exists now and so much more. Most of all they bring with them the innocence in allowing and living in the moment; in the now in every moment. It is time to enjoy and live and be. Children are the light you asked for and are the answers to your hearts.

Watch your children and you will see. You will know. You will be tranformed. Remember, the Angels are with you and send you lots and lots of love every day!

Dear Maggie,

I have a ghost (I think) that follows me all around. I have moved, sold my home and nothing helps. I go from state to state. I am afraid to live alone, I used to enjoy it. I know it wants to move on. It can communicate using telepathy when it wants. It can make people sick, cough, etc. I just want it to move on. It is very intelligent, smart, and I think a shaman would be the only solution. It keeps me up all night or all day it sends bolts of energy making me move or makes my muscles, limbs tired, heavy, uncomfortable. It uses my legs to walk, etc. Well, is this a ghost or not.

Answer:

Dear a.,

It definitely sounds like there is an entity around you or attached to you. We become susceptible to attachments for many reasons. If we are in a lower state of mind or fearful, we will be in a lower vibration and lower entities will try to latch on and suck from our energy. Lower entities (sometimes earthbound spirits) may only know of using fear in order to gain energy from another. To save some room, you can also go to the Ghosts section in the articles area of this website in order to read more about Ghosts in general.

When we are in a low mood, sad, mad, angry, depressed, our vibrations become lower. If we have an addiction (i.e. alcoholism, overeating, etc.) this, too, causes our vibration to be lower. If there is an entity or earthbound spirit roaming around when we are this way they will latch on to us and take from our energy. The lower vibration can actually attract the entity to you. If there is an addiction usually the entity attaching themselves to you will also have that addiction and try to get you to keep up with the addiction so they can get their fix through you as the channel.

Depending upon how low we feel and for how long we are more easily swayed to be attached by a lower entity. The entity can send you more negative feelings and negative thoughts to keep you feeling low. The thoughts you hear may not be your own. If they are not loving and positive they are definitely not from the Angels or higher vibrations. This may be your ego chiming in with the negative feelings as well as an negative entity feeding that negative mood. You must become more aware of your thoughts and see them as positive or negative. If you see them as negative, know these are not belonging to you anymore and switch your thoughts to positive affirmations. Fake it till you make it, is a great way to get going into higher vibrations!

Another reason we may receive an entity attachment is if we experienced a past life with this entity and for some reason they remained earthbound and you reincarnated into a new life. They are able to find us through our essence and it's possible this is the case for you. This entity will need some forgiveness and love to cross over.

So the idea here is to raise your vibrations. This may seem challenging at first, but as you continue to do this you will be less susceptible to negative energies and entities. I would like to say that if you had said that you felt having a certain crystal was enough to rid you of this entity and you believed it to the core of you being, then that crystal would have been the answer for you. Our beliefs take a huge part in our lives and what we attract. As you work on the inner core beliefs you will naturally raise your vibrations and no longer attract lower vibrational entities unless by specific choice to do so.

If we stay focused on the light, on love, we feel it and we truly ARE love. As we emulate and emanate love and light we then raise our vibrations and are not susceptible to lower vibrational attachments. You can reach these higher vibrations through forgiveness, gratitude, positive attitude, living in truth and integrity, sharing a part of your true self with the world every day (by following your passions and desires), and most of all Love. Love rises above everything.

Now, to rid yourself of this ghost there are many avenues you can choose along with raising your vibrations. Something to remember here is that Curses only have power if you give them power. The stronger vibration will win, so you can make yours stronger as you feel it to the core of your being. You can choose to finally rid yourself of this entity by telling it with conviction to leave (cross over to the other side) and calling in your higher powers to assist (God, Angels, Jesus, etc.) Another way to release negative energies is to burn Sage. Burn sage in your home and around your body daily until you feel the energies are dissipated. If Sage isn't possible there are sage sprays that will have the same affect. Sage clears and cleanses the area of any negative energies. Also visualizations of beautiful energy is a strong energy lifter. White light being the strongest! You can create a white light bubble around you and your home to keep you in the higher states. And, yes, you can definitely call in assistance from higher vibrational beings, like Shamans and Priests. They are knowledgeable in these areas and can truly make a difference.

Again, remember that you do have the power to release yourself of this. However, if you truly feel that a Shaman is the only way because this being has been latched on for so long that your energies are depleted, then that is the route for you to take. Our soul knows the truth from the core and it's telling you already that a Shaman is what you are needing assistance with at this time. So I say definitely go with your gut instinct. I do not know what area you live in, however, I know of a wonderful group of Shamans with Spirit Light Network in Connecticut that specialize in crossing soul's over. They are nonprofit and will take donations. Whomever you may choose to help assist you, be sure you hear of their creditability. And if they have a price tag for their services, check around and be sure that it is a legitimate amount that feels right. If it does not, like say they want $4,000 run very far away because they are not of highest and best good to help. Ask the Universe for assistance with bringing to you those of assistance that are of highest truth and integrity and it will be so.

More thoughts on raising your vibration: Think positive always. Filter your thoughts by being aware of them and start to notice when they are more negative and change the thought to a positive one. Get out in the sun 10 minutes a day or more! If you can't get outside, visualize yourself in the sun. This has tremendous effects on our wellbeing physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Raise your arms high, as we do this we naturally raise our spirits! Smile! Exercise daily (even a simple walk a day is great!) This naturally rises your endophines for higher moods and higher vibrations. Eat more naturally higher vibrational food, like raw fruits & vegatables. Breathe deeply for as often as possible. This gets the oxygen flowing through your body and your brain. This also connects you to your spirit, while grounding and centering. As we become more aware of our breath transformations occur. Do what you can when you can and keep at it daily! You will do awesome!

What the Bleep Do We Know!?
When I first got this movie a few years ago I watched it over and over again! There are so many goodies! This really does an awesome job tying in the scientific facts with Spirituality. It really explains what many gurus have been saying along with science to back it up. It's a documentary part movie. The movie acts out parts to help you understand in that visual level what is being explained. Entertaining and uplifting on so many levels! :)
