Please come join me beginning THIS FRIDAY and every Friday evening, as I instruct TGIF…Flow Yoga at YogaOne in Seekonk, MA! This is warm Vinyasa Flow yoga taught with beautiful music. Let the beats and rhythm challenge you to go deeper into your flow. A great way to purge the stress of your work week! YogaOne offers a beautiful spacious studio where you can feel right at home in your yoga practice. |

Reiki I Certification

Receive your Usui Reiki Level I attunement. Included in the class is your attunement to the Reiki I level, Reiki I manual, meditations, and instructions for hands on healing. After this class you will be able to heal yourself as well as others (friends, family & pets too). Pre-registration is required. Please call Andromeda's Alley (info to the left) to sign up. Class is approximately 4-8 hours depending upon the number of students. $150 |
