Presence through Movement. Maggie offers Yoga to everyone. Yoga brings peace and presence through movement. Currently, she is instructing with Health Fitness at Fidelity Investment (only available to Health Fitness members). Maggie is available weekends offering Yoga in your home, studio, gym, or office. Maggie has been studying Yoga since 2004 at the time of her significant weight loss of 90lbs. She is certified to teach Hatha Yoga through Yogafit® and is currently in the throws of her 200-hr. Yoga Alliance approved Registered Yoga Teacher Training with Breathe Joy Yoga. Maggie's teaching style emphasizes vinyasa flow while waking up the body to come into a deep peaceful inner stillness. It is her desire to share with others the aliveness she feels as well as the tremendous health benefits from practicing yoga.
Yoga's natural side effects are alleviating stress and anxiety while providing unlimited physical benefits to the body including shedding those unwanted pounds. Yoga's goal is to assist you in aligning with the true essence that you are. Along the way you will notice more peace and a calm that comes from within in any situation. You realize you are living yoga every moment of your life.

What to expect when you come to an appointment for an Energy Healing Session: Maggie uses an Integrated Energy Healing approach that combines Reiki, Kundalini Shakti (Shakti is creative life force energy that resides within our essence), Magnified Healing and Qi Gong that she likes to call Divine Embrace. During a Session you may receive a Sacred Bell Clearing as well as Divine Guidance. Each Session is Unique. You will receive exactly what is Divine for you in each Session. As you receive for your highest and best, good, you will get in touch with your Soul. Maggie is the channel for you to open up to who you've always been. To open up to your full Power. To open up to your full Power. To Awaken.
What's important to remember is that each person draws to them that which is what is needed in that moment in time for their evolution.
Traveling Reiki sessions can be scheduled any time. Maggie is available to bring the healing to you. With her traveling Massage Table or a chair she can set you up anywhere for the healing to begin. Shoot her an email to find out more information and to schedule a session.
Personal Energy Field and Aura Clearings - I utilize the Peace Messenger Clearing method for removing blockages, old past patterns, tears, entities, curses, negative thought patterns, karmic patterns, past life traumas and other disturbances from your energy field. This is a powerful clearing that can change your life if you allow.
(And soon I will be offering Reiki Drumming - a powerful way to infuse reiki through sound vibrations to raise your frequencies and send Universal Love your way! Depending on where you are it may feel like an activiation or a gentle healing and cleansing.)
I've come to know that I maintain my energy and allow myself to open up to the Divine energy that flows through me to others and around me. This energy is a catalyst, but you are the one who chooses to receive or not receive. As you choose to receive you choose to open up to who you truly are, which is a 100% perfect, whole and complete person that can heal yourself. I use what I am guided to in my sessions and give intuitive guidance either during or after the session. I can also bring my services to you!
I am now available for Long Distance healing sessions! All Energy Sessions include Consultation after the session.
Animal Reiki sessions can be scheduled any time. Animals have received many benefits from energy sessions, just as we do. I can travel to your home. If you are further than 20 mile radius we can discuss modifying rates for travel.

Check with your health care insurance provider to see if Reiki treatments are covered. If you are a Preferred Care Member, check to see if your plan includes the HealthDollars Program. If your health care insurance provider does not cover the cost of Reiki treatments at this time*, check with your Health Care Reimbursement Account (Flexible Spending Account) provider. You may be able to use pre-tax dollars to pay for Reiki treatments. It may be under the category of energy modalities and you may need to submit a physician's statement.
*Alternative therapies are becoming recognized by health care insurance providers as part of a wellness program. If your provider currently does not provide coverage, continue to check back with your provider for changes in their policies. And always, include your suggestions of added services to your provider for their consideration.

Space clearing for your Home or Office. During a space clearing I offer the tools & skills I have developed to clear your home of unwanted or stagnant energies and entities. I will travel to your Home or Office for a Space Clearing. Reiki and Sound frequencies will be infused in your home to cleanse, clear and free your home making way for positive energies to naturally flow in.
I will leave you with tips and tools you can use on your own to keep your home free of energies that can build up over time or even with just one unsettling event. Call me if you are feeling uneasy in your home or just know it's time to clean and cleanse your home. A space clearing is recommended at least once a month. You can think of it as cleaning your home. Do a clearing at least as often as you will go through and thoroughly clean your home.
It's also recommended to do a space clearing after a negative event or emotional upset, as well as if you are having a gathering in your home. You can clear out these energies that if left alone will just build up and leave remnants of unease. These stagnant energies can attract more stagnant energies of like vibration, so you will want to regularly cleanse your home to only attract that which you desire. $70/hr.

Intuitive Angelic Guidance entails guiding you through what is happening within your energy field at the moment and whatever else you need to work through for living with ease and well-being. Week 1:
