recommended at least once a month. You can think of it as cleaning your
home. Do a clearing at least as often as you will go through and thoroughly
clean your home.

It's also recommended to do a space clearing after a negative event or emotional upset, as well as if you are having a gathering in your home. You can clear out these energies that if left alone will just build up and leave remnants of unease.
