Presence through Movement. Maggie offers Yoga to everyone. Yoga brings peace and presence through movement. Currently, she is instructing with Health Fitness at Fidelity Investments (only available to Health Fitness members), Breathe. Joy. Yoga. in Sharon, MA and the YMCA in North Attleboro, MA. Maggie has been studying Yoga since 2004 at the time of her significant weight loss of 90lbs. She is certified to teach Hatha & Vinyasa flow Yoga through Breathe. Joy. Yoga. a registered training with Yoga Alliance, as well as certified through Yogafit® and is currently in the throws of Sadie Nardini's Core Strength Vinyasa Flow Yoga Teacher Training. Maggie's teaching style emphasizes vinyasa flow while waking up the body to come into a deep peaceful inner stillness. It is her desire to share with others the aliveness she feels as well as the tremendous health benefits from practicing yoga.
Yoga's natural side effects are alleviating stress and anxiety while providing unlimited physical benefits to the body including shedding those unwanted pounds. Yoga's goal is to assist you in aligning with the true essence that you are. Along the way you will notice more peace and a calm that comes from within in any situation. You realize you are living yoga every moment of your life.
