Poses will be added slowly over time. Each month I introduce a new yoga pose to focus on within my free monthly newsletter. So I will definitely be adding more poses at least once a month. If time allows, I will offer more till I get to a more complete list of most widely used yoga poses, their benefits, contraindications, how you can come into and out of the poses and why you may choose to include these poses in your daily yoga practice. :) Perhaps sometime in the future I will have time to also include a quick video on each of these poses.
